1. Respectful Communication
Vetri Trichy is a collaborative platform. Citizens and municipal staff must communicate respectfully. Abusive, profane, or hostile language in descriptions or feedback comments will result in instant warning and possible account suspension.
2. Reporting Etiquette
Only report actual, verified infrastructure or civic complaints. Upload clear photos of physical issues (e.g. road damage, garbage accumulations). Do not submit mock test complaints on live platforms.
