2. PII Protection & Scrubbing

All submitted complaint details are scrubbed of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like email addresses and phone numbers before being analyzed by the platform's AI engines.

3. Storage & Sharing

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your credentials are secure and managed by Supabase Auth. We do not sell, rent, or share citizen details with third-party advertisers or entities outside the civic communication workflow.

4. User Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account. Requests can be submitted via the citizen dashboard and will process according to the platform data retention schedule.
