1. Retention Schedules
Civic complaints, resolution timelines, and audit logs are preserved for historical record-keeping purposes to ensure accountability. Resolved complaints are archived after 3 years.
2. Account Deletion
When an account deletion request is finalized, the user profile is deleted. Associated complaints are scrubbed of name and phone info, leaving only desensitized, anonymous metadata for public statistics.
